COMMITMENT TO SAFETY Our Management Personnel is trained to spot and eliminate unsafe behavior by following the rules and regulations established in our company’s Safety Plan. A hazardous work environment is never tolerated and responsible individuals are disciplined in accordance with our policies. In doing so, we lessen the effect that a dangerous event could have on our employees and job sites. Our Managers are required to participate in the Safety Training and Development Program created by A&M Concrete Corporation in order to keep all of our employees safe. We encourage professional growth and inform our employees of the latest techniques in the construction industry. All of A&M Concrete Corporation “Field Managers” are OSHA 10-hour certified, CPR Trained and participate in refresher courses on a regular basis. They are held accountable and required to abide by the Safety Plan at all times as well as have their skillsets and abilities certified on an annual basis. Our employees at A&M Concrete Corporation are certified and we encourage and provide them training for certifications.
